Join Pam Lowe Cho, founder of Trek Executive Coaching, for a refreshing introduction to forest bathing—also known as Shinrin-Yoku, an evidence-based practice that began in Japan. Forest bathing, one of the world’s fastest growing wellness practices, is a slow, mindful way of using nature to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and restore mental clarity.

In this 60-minute session, Pam will guide you through what forest bathing is, why it matters, and how simply spending intentional time outdoors can positively impact your body and mind. She will also share how to design a mindfulness “sit spot” in your garden, yard on your porch.

Pam is an ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide, trained in the United States, with additional immersive learning experiences in Japan and South Korea. Drawing from both science and global practice, she brings a grounded, approachable perspective to helping people reconnect with nature to strengthen their overall wellbeing.

She has worked with organizations including Procter & Gamble, Altafiber, The Christ Hospital, U.S. Bank, the University of Cincinnati, Paycor and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

You’ll leave with simple, practical tips you can use right away—whether you’re on a trail, at a park, or in your own backyard—to slow down, engage your senses, and experience the calming, restorative benefits of nature.
