About Us
We Create Evidence-Based Outdoor Experiences
Our bodies crave the outdoors. Science shows that nature can help restore and replenish our hearts, minds and bodies. Start your day with a minute or two of stepping outside your door to breathe in some fresh air, feel the breeze on your cheek and listen for bird song. Whether you are a student, an executive, a mom, an attorney or teacher, stepping outside is good for all of us.

Our Values
We incorporate evidence-based practices, respect for the natural world, and each person’s lived experience in all the programs we design. We believe nature has the capacity to be a wise partner in wellbeing. Above all, we offer guiding and coaching, psychological safety and spaces that invite reflection, clarity and hope.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create nature-based opportunities that offer renewal for all individuals. Through guided forest bathing walks and outdoor executive coaching, we help people slow down, eliminate urgency and reconnect with what restores them. We custom design experiences that are intentional, accessible, and rooted in science and care.

Outdoor Executive Coach
ANFT-Certified Forest Therapy Guide
Pam Cho is the founder of Trek Global Executive Coaching, LLC where she offers outdoor executive coaching and guided forest bathing walks to support wellbeing and renewal. With more than three decades of experience in senior corporate leadership and executive coaching, Pam brings both strategic insight and deep presence to her work with individuals and organizations.
During the pandemic, Pam began inviting coaching clients outdoors—an approach that revealed the powerful role nature plays in reducing stress, restoring focus, and generating fresh perspectives.
To deepen her understanding of nature’s impact, Pam became a certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) in 2003. She has continued her studies internationally, traveling to Japan and South Korea to learn from forest therapy guides, researchers, and medical practitioners.
Today, Pam integrates evidence-based forest bathing practices and her executive coaching background when designing coaching engagements for individuals and forest bathing walks for groups.
