Odessa Healing Center invites you to experience the gentle practice of forest bathing: a guided opportunity to slow down, engage your senses, and reconnect with the natural world.  During this special morning experience, participants will enjoy:

A brief introduction to the practice and benefits of forest bathing.

A slow, 90-minute guided walk through the forest.

Gentle meditation, nature poetry, and quiet time for reflection.

A closing Gratitude Tea Ceremony
