Join us for an indoor guided Forest Bathing Walk at Krohn Conservatory. Enjoy the serenity of nature and relax as you slowly walk through the tropical foliage, breathing in the scents of the flowers surrounding you, and reawakening your senses.  Learn simple, nature-based therapy techniques you can integrate into your daily life to relax your mind and restore your body.

The accessible program includes a slow guided walk with a sequence of soothing, nature-based readings, moments of stillness and poetry led by Pam Cho.
