It’s a unique opportunity that is completely focused on them and their success.”
"In addition to being a seasoned and knowledgeable IT professional, Mary Beth is a polished communicator and experienced leader. Her no-nonsense approach to problem solving is enhanced by her easy coaching style. I found Mary Beth to be personable, approachable and always willing to provide guidance. She is the kind of leader you can trust and have confidence in."

"Mary Beth Molloy has jumped into a mentoring / management opportunity with some of my top young talent working with the INTERalliance to help them manage, structure, organize, and implement a complex marketing strategy around social media in the local marketplace. Not only has Mary Beth demonstrated in the process an amazing understanding of human nature and what it takes to motivate young talent to aspire to excellence, but she has established incredible mentor relationships with some of these young people and shown her special savvy as a customer service expert, solutions wizard, and human factors architect. I am so very impressed with Mary Beth's skills with people who are attempting to navigate a technically complex challenge. She is able to cause order where there is chaos, comfort where there is awkwardness, and trust where there is hesitation. Mary Beth is a welcome addition to my professional world anytime she is willing to contribute."

"Mary Beth is probably the most well-rounded business professional I have run across in my career. She has the ability to forge strong customer relationships that endure and always meet or exceed performance expectations. She does this through leading complex teams and navigating matrix environments that many times have competing priorities. She is a great mentor and values developing her people. She is a true leader."
