DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to announce our\, in-person\, outdoor coaching programs being offered at the Cincinnati Nature Center in Milford\, OH — May 26 from 1:00-4:00pm EST. \nTrek Coaching Outdoors is a science-based program for professionals of all levels who are interested in learning about the connection between nature\, wellness and effectiveness at work\, all while walking on the easy trails of the nature center. \nThis 3-hour outdoor program (agenda below) is designed to help reduce stress levels\, and increase energy and clarity. Being out in nature gives you an opportunity to unplug and enjoy an afternoon of fresh air\, open spaces\, being in connection with other professionals\, and time for personal reflection. The program ends with seasonal bites and beverages by Elegant Fare on the porch of the Krippendorf Lodge. \nI’ll share with you my personal journey of coaching indoors for 13 years\, to now working with clients outdoors\, and training with the ANFT (Association of Nature and Forest Therapy). I’ll also talk about the research behind this global outdoor movement that started in Japan in the 1980s\, and give you practical tips on how to incorporate nature into your personal wellness plan. \nI’m delighted to welcome our guest executive coaches who will be joining us — friends of mine who are also experienced coaches. \nPROGRAM AGENDA\n1:00-  2:00pm — (Indoors) Welcome\, introductions\, panel with guest executive coaches\, and the science behind the benefits of being outdoors\n2:00 – 3:30 — (Outdoors) Walk on the trails\, time for personal reflection\n3:30 – 4:00 — (Indoors) Wrap up and debrief\n4:00 – 4:30 — (Outdoors\, on the porch) Enjoy Charcuterie Cups & Lemon Basil Spritzers by Elegant Fare\n\nSPECIAL Launch Fee: $39 per person (includes admission to CNC for the day)\nPrograms will be limited to 12 participants to ensure a personalized experience\, and follow current CDC COVID guidelines.
